Our cancellation policy aims to offer flexibility to our clients while protecting the availability of our boats and the operation of our business.<\/div>\n<div data-line=\"5\" data-line-type=\"context\" data-line-index=\"4\"><\/div>\n<div data-line=\"6\" data-line-type=\"context\" data-line-index=\"5\"><\/div>\n<div data-line=\"7\" data-line-type=\"context\" data-line-index=\"6\"><\/div>\n<div data-line=\"7\" data-line-type=\"context\" data-line-index=\"6\"><strong>Cancellations by the Client<\/strong><\/div>\n<div data-line=\"8\" data-line-type=\"context\" data-line-index=\"7\"><\/div>\n<div data-line=\"9\" data-line-type=\"context\" data-line-index=\"8\">&#8211; More than 30 days before the departure date: Full refund of the deposit.<\/div>\n<div data-line=\"10\" data-line-type=\"context\" data-line-index=\"9\">&#8211; Between 30 and 15 days before: The full amount paid as a deposit will be retained.<\/div>\n<div data-line=\"11\" data-line-type=\"context\" data-line-index=\"10\">&#8211; Less than 15 days before: No refund of the deposit.<\/div>\n<div data-line=\"11\" data-line-type=\"context\" data-line-index=\"10\"><\/div>\n<div data-line=\"12\" data-line-type=\"context\" data-line-index=\"11\"><\/div>\n<div data-line=\"13\" data-line-type=\"context\" data-line-index=\"12\"><strong>Cancellations by the Company<\/strong><\/div>\n<div data-line=\"14\" data-line-type=\"context\" data-line-index=\"13\"><\/div>\n<div data-line=\"15\" data-line-type=\"context\" data-line-index=\"14\">If, due to weather conditions, unforeseen maintenance or force majeure (e.g. government restrictions, health emergencies), we are unable to provide the booked boat:<\/div>\n<div data-line=\"16\" data-line-type=\"context\" data-line-index=\"15\"><\/div>\n<div data-line=\"17\" data-line-type=\"context\" data-line-index=\"16\">&#8211; Rescheduling will be offered at no additional cost, subject to availability.<\/div>\n<div data-line=\"18\" data-line-type=\"context\" data-line-index=\"17\">&#8211; If rescheduling is not possible, a boat with similar characteristics will be offered.<\/div>\n<div data-line=\"19\" data-line-type=\"context\" data-line-index=\"18\">&#8211; If none of the above options is feasible, a full refund of the payment made will be issued with no penalty for the client.<\/div>\n<div data-line=\"19\" data-line-type=\"context\" data-line-index=\"18\"><\/div>\n<div data-line=\"20\" data-line-type=\"context\" data-line-index=\"19\"><\/div>\n<div data-line=\"21\" data-line-type=\"context\" data-line-index=\"20\"><strong>Booking Modifications<\/strong><\/div>\n<div data-line=\"22\" data-line-type=\"context\" data-line-index=\"21\"><\/div>\n<div data-line=\"23\" data-line-type=\"context\" data-line-index=\"22\">Date changes are subject to availability and must be requested at least 7 days in advance. If the change involves a price difference, the additional amount must be covered.<\/div>\n<div data-line=\"23\" data-line-type=\"context\" data-line-index=\"22\"><\/div>\n<div data-line=\"24\" data-line-type=\"context\" data-line-index=\"23\"><\/div>\n<div data-line=\"25\" data-line-type=\"context\" data-line-index=\"24\"><strong>Weather Conditions<\/strong><\/div>\n<div data-line=\"26\" data-line-type=\"context\" data-line-index=\"25\"><\/div>\n<div data-line=\"27\" data-line-type=\"context\" data-line-index=\"26\">Safety is our priority. If the skipper or person in charge of delivering the boat considers that weather conditions do not allow safe navigation, the departure may:<\/div>\n<div data-line=\"28\" data-line-type=\"context\" data-line-index=\"27\"><\/div>\n<div data-line=\"29\" data-line-type=\"context\" data-line-index=\"28\">&#8211; Be rescheduled at no cost.<\/div>\n<div data-line=\"30\" data-line-type=\"context\" data-line-index=\"29\">&#8211; Be refunded 100% if no availability is found for rescheduling.<\/div>\n<div data-line=\"31\" data-line-type=\"context\" data-line-index=\"30\"><\/div>\n<div data-line=\"32\" data-line-type=\"context\" data-line-index=\"31\">Light rain or non-ideal but safe conditions will not be grounds for cancellation without penalty.<\/div>\n<div data-line=\"32\" data-line-type=\"context\" data-line-index=\"31\"><\/div>\n<div data-line=\"33\" data-line-type=\"context\" data-line-index=\"32\"><\/div>\n<div data-line=\"34\" data-line-type=\"context\" data-line-index=\"33\"><strong>Client No-Show<\/strong><\/div>\n<div data-line=\"35\" data-line-type=\"context\" data-line-index=\"34\"><\/div>\n<div data-line=\"36\" data-line-type=\"context\" data-line-index=\"35\">If the client does not show up on the day of the booking without prior notice, there will be no refund or right to rescheduling.<\/div>\n<div data-line=\"37\" data-line-type=\"context\" data-line-index=\"36\"><\/div>\n<div data-line=\"38\" data-line-type=\"context\" data-line-index=\"37\">With this policy, we seek a balance between flexibility for our clients and the protection of our business.
