Some days aren’t meant to be spent just anywhere.
A birthday, an anniversary, a reunion with people you love, or simply a day you’ve decided should be different. For days like that, a table reservation isn’t always enough.

Why celebrating on the water changes everything
When you celebrate at sea, you’re not tied to a restaurant’s schedule or sharing your space with strangers at the next table. The boat is yours, and so is everyone you’ve chosen to bring along. You set the pace of the day.
You can swim whenever you feel like it, find a quiet cove for lunch, turn the music up when it’s time to celebrate, and turn it down when all you want is to talk. Nobody’s watching the clock for the next booking.
That’s what really makes a celebration on board special: the time and space are entirely yours.
How we plan it
Every celebration is different, so we always start with the same questions: how many of you there are, what you’re celebrating, and how many hours you want to spend at sea. From there, the skipper adapts the route to the wind, the weather, and whatever you feel like doing that day.
If there’s something specific you’d like to add to the day, let us know in advance and we’ll see how to make it work.
And as with every trip with Sail & Protect, celebrating doesn’t change the way we sail: we’re careful about where we anchor to protect the Posidonia meadows, and we enjoy the sea without forgetting to look after it.
Occasions people usually celebrate with us
You don’t need a huge reason to head out and celebrate at sea. Some of the most common occasions include:

- Anniversaries and milestone dates as a couple.
- Small-group bachelor or bachelorette celebrations.

A birthday at sea doesn’t feel like any other.
There are no candles blowing out in the wind, but there is an entire afternoon that’s yours, crystal-clear water to swim in whenever you like, and an island that looks completely different from out here.
