Navigation Conditions

Skipper

The vessel is offered exclusively with a professional skipper, who will be responsible for navigation, safety, and decision-making on board.
Their instructions must be followed at all times to guarantee a safe experience.

Capacity

The maximum capacity is 8 people plus the skipper.
This limit may not be exceeded under any circumstances.

Use of the Vessel

Navigation will take place during daylight hours.
Responsible use of the vessel and all its equipment is required.
Throwing waste into the sea is strictly prohibited.

The goal is to enjoy the sea safely, peacefully, and respectfully.

Philosophy and Sustainability

This experience is designed to enjoy the sea while minimizing environmental impact.
Responsible practices are implemented, such as the use of sunscreen free of marine toxins, the elimination of single-use plastics, and anchoring in a way that respects the Posidonia seagrass meadows.
All products and details on board have been selected according to sustainable criteria.

Customers are asked to share and respect this philosophy throughout the experience. Food and Drink

Food and drink are permitted on board.

Please use them responsibly and respectfully, both the environment and the vessel.

Weather Conditions

The trip is subject to suitable weather conditions that ensure safety.
If the activity cannot take place, a date change or a full refund will be offered.

Schedule

Departures and returns will be made according to the previously agreed schedule.
Delays on the part of the client do not imply an extension of the contracted service.

Onboard Conduct

Disreputable, dangerous, or otherwise unsafe behavior is not permitted.
The skipper may terminate the experience if these conditions are not met, without the right to a refund.
